Many of the products Contact Industries offers today are the direct result of a specific product design engineered to meet the exact requirements of a particular application. A case in point is the cedar soffits used at the University of California, Berkeley. Here the designer wanted real wood but the fire code required a non-wood substrate. Contact helped engineer a solution. Or, take the White Oak veneer wrapped aluminum louvered window coverings in our Kings College case study. Here the designer required a lightweight, dimensionally stable, louver solution to replace the solid oak louvers originally specified.

In these and dozens of other instances, customers call on us to find innovative solutions for design challenges:

You love the beauty of wood, but require the performance capabilities of other materials. Our sales engineers are well versed in how our capabilities can be adapted to your needs and design wishes.

Give us a call. We’re up for the challenge.
